The 19th Triennial International Ribosomes Conference was held at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California, from June 22 to 27, 2025. Exciting things happened when scientists from around the world gathered to discuss ribosomes! These tiny machines inside our cells are crucial for making proteins, which our bodies need. They shared their ideas and research about how ribosomes work and why they are so vital for our health. Gabriela, Durga, Fanny, and Michaela joined the event and presented their research with posters. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn and connect!
