In November, Adam Kraml, a student from Střední škola ekologická a potravinářská, completed a two-week internship in our lab. During his time here, Adam conducted chemical analyses using our TimsTOF instrument and assessed the antimicrobial properties of samples he brought in collaboration with the Institute of Entomology, Czech Academy of Sciences, at the Biology Centre in České Budějovice. His work focused on nematode-associated bacteria with potential insecticidal properties.
